Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. Both of the approaches are top-down but there remain a clear dichotomy between these. The earthly top-down approach is controlled by human being with their limited knowledge and can not cope with the changes happen in this world sustainably. As this design has no connectivity with the sustainer of the universe. Here piecemeal steps are taken but this step can not address the whole interest of the varied creation. When the decision of development is taken in the secretariat and implemented at the grassroot we call it 'Top-down' but when the instructions of Allah are followed in designing development can be called 'Divinedown'Approach that considers the whole ecological balance. If we look at the world we see conspicuous absent of 'Divine-down approach. In this approach the gap between leader and followers are minimised and the leader follows vantage condition in their living following the life style of Last prophet and four pious Caliphs. These are basic values for all for all time. The exact reference of the Holy Quran and Hadith can ensure the best development approach for the whole world if necessary steps are taken by the competent authorities. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.
