Leader-Follower Relation Under Divine-Down Approach(25/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. The world have seen various types of leader-follower relation with the passage of time and the ultimate aim of leadership is to look after the various matters of the followers. Though it did not happen always. The perverted leadership paid highest attention to serve their own interest at the expense of the followers advantage. The leaders can not understand that without follower they have no existence. The leadership is a responsibility and at the earliest the interest of the followers must be fulfilled and then the interest of the leader. In all societies leaders and followers presence are to be seen but the leader who does not make any compromise to maximise the interest of the followers become popular. The internal good relation between the leaders and followers are essential to realize any rational demand. If the problem and prospect is clear to the all quarters it become easy to increase facilities to all concerned. The just step must be taken otherwise expected result will not come in existence. The leaders must remember they have been chosen only to do good work and the good to be done for the followers at first. If it is clear to the followers that the leader is committed and honest to have the best share of his followers his name will be written in the history positively. But today if we look at the status of leaders and their approach to their followers we have a lot of suspicion of their position. They primarily look to their own interest and engage themselves with unholy alliance with the management. Everyone engaged with organization must perform duly for the greater interest of the organization as well as other stakeholders. There is a rational boundary for all and everyone must maintain that boundary. A clear understanding of the organization, its objectives and goals, the good strategy to reach this goal must be clear to all as well as the projection of the career of the people engaged in the process. The essential requirements to be fulfilled first through investigation and all suitable steps to be taken for overall progress of the organization. If there is seen want of trust between leader and follower then dismal and frustrated environment will engulf them. Both the sections to be tuned to work unitedly for benefit of all and it should be inculcated in mind that leadership is a responsibility. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.
