The Best Workshop for Mankind(1/2/2019)

Alhamdulillah for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. After coming to this world human being are engaged in so many work for survival in succession of time. If we look at the changes of society such as primitive, pastoral, slavery,feudal, capitalistic, socialistic and welfare society we see the changes in nature of human work and two types of classes are clear that is the oppressor and the oppressed. In otherwords, two opposite forces the good and bad is active with the life of human history in this world. This world has faced good as well as bad men. But the men have been sent here to be tested whether they are good or bad. By giving knowledge to the prophets Almighty clears the goal of sending men to this world. If men design their life following the roadmap of the prophets now the last prophet Hazrat Mohammed they will be successful in their life. The span of staying in this world is a few seconds in comparison to the time that will come to men after death. Man is sent here for a certain time and when the time will be over he will be separated from this world by death. Death is also an entity to come to the life of everyone and it works each second following the instruction of Allah. The whole affairs of mankind must be turned into worship to Allah otherwise all will face punishment in hereafter life. The concept is that our all affairs whether these be personal or collective and whoever we are and whatever we do and whereever it be must be must observe worship to Allah. For observation of that truly our work must be worship and should be done for the satisfaction of Allah as we always use His bounty for our survival and He is the only giver of bounty in this universe. Allah wants to see that the men of this world follow His instruction as the whole universe does beyond the knowledge of human being. Our very survival depends on His bounty and mercy and the whole universe is the reflection of His desire and everything has been done for the betterment of mankind. But most of the man are not grateful to Him and lead their life according to their whim only increases conflict in place of peace. The peace stays into the soul of man and if the soul goes under the authority of Satan this will breed nuisance as we know into the soul The Allah and the Satan do not exist side by side. If Allah in the Satan is out. The Satan is the only peace breaker in this world. Without inner development of mankind no work can be good for oneself and for others. Moreover, the result of an work depends on the desire of man and desire happens only into the deep corner of the soul. On basis of above discussion we can call " Soul is the best workshop for mankind." Without its purification none of our work will provide credit to us. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Peace, Global Peace and the Way to Get It(31/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we look at the world we see the world peace is in danger. At the outset, we must be clear about the world. In a word, we can call it the state of mind in individual level and a conflict free world for collective. At the earliest opportunity we should know its origin and development and the consequences it brings to mankind. To be clear the history of mankind must be clear to us as well as their requirement in this worldly life. Without being knowledgeful of the goal behind creation of man we can not treat the issues properly related to mankind. If the mankind is asked person by person all will be affirmative to have peace but the irony is that most of the people of the world remain out of the coverage of peace. The most desired thing peace is as like as golden deer to many of us. Now, let us go back to understand the matter. Almighty Allah, the possessor of ninety nine adjectives first created the total souls of son of Adam and later on, He gradually sending them to different parts of the world according to His plan. At the start He has send the two men Hazrat Adam and Hazrat Howa(Eve). The first family of this world has begun to start. At present, the 750 crore people are belong to this family, has turned the world as an extended family. If family members cooperate one another they can wil over all undesired situation they face in this world. Pertinently, we must remember, the Satanic force the declared enemy of Adam is always against peace of Adam because for his cause his downfall from heaven has done. The Satanic force always work against peace of mankind. Without attaining complete knowledge we can not suggest suitable measures for peace. Now look at the universe, everything runs smoothly following the rules set for it by its creator. On the otherhand, the divine rule has been given by prophets for human society and if these rules are maintained the human society will enjoy peace permanently. If any deviation happens the peace will be destroyed. The Satan is a big problem to establish peace in this world. The whole of mankind must be well aware of the entity of Satan and his various form of actions in society. If a man become knowledgeful of Satan he can plan to avoid it otherwise it is very tough to be free from its influence. Because in this world he is very dominant being approved some power from the almighty. The whole world is a test place for all human being, and the world is a trap for all. Without blessing of Allah none can be free from Satanic influence. For peace the world people must address the authority of peace without it getting peace is impossible. The Almighty Allah is the Peace and peace comes from Him. Without following His rules mankind can not have peace here and hereafter. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The Relation Between Two Laws: The Natural and The Divine(30/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we look at nature we see some standing rules in execution without any variation. For that everything runs smoothly and we get our due for survive. For example, we can explain the role of sun in the whole universe especially for the creation of this world. This is one of the continuous wealth(Bounty of Allah) and serve the creation from logical distance. The heat which is produced at its centre if come to this world directly the whole of the worldly creation will loss its existence. This does not happen because this has been set at a rational distance that the essential heat only reaches to this world for production, preservation and good maintenance of all creation. All have been arranged in proportionately so can function smoothly for the overall creation. We can cite other examples as well. In fact we find no dichotomy between divine law and natural law because of their same origin. That means Allah is the giver of all laws whether it be divine or natural. The laws given through the prophets are divine and have been given for human society to follow. If these rules are followed minutely in human society all will enjoy peace continuously as there will have no variation in its execution. As the nature runs smoothly following natural law in the same way the human society will run smoothly following the divine law. If this happens we will see good matching between nature and human society and a harmonious relation will be observed. The law which comes from almighty is always super because of His repository of all knowledge and He never does anything unjust to His creation. If the divine steps are taken in human society by the leaders of the people peace will be established every corner of the world. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing.

The Universe and The Religion(29/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we look at the creation we see they maintain some rules. There are some standing rules and we see no variation in their performance. To have a clear idea about the universe we can mention as pertinent the continuum person, persons, family, para, village, union parishad, upazilla parishad, zilla parishad, divisions, countries,continents,the world and the universe in context of institutional setting of Bangladesh. In fact the universe includes the 7 skies and the 7 earths. The world is composed of water body and land where the ratio is 75 and 25. If we exclude human being all other creations obey particular rule fixed for them earlier by the creator of the universe. If we consider religion as the observance of rules then we see the whole universe is always engaged to do worship to its Master. But the problem happens with the mankind as they have freedom to choice to accept the rules or not. If all of them observe divine rules minutely from micro to macro level the whole world will enjoy peace as they have been sent here to lead a peaceful life. The rules which are to be seen in natural environment are for smooth functioning of the whole system if any variation is to be seen the expected result will not come to us. There are some people everywhere to be reluctant of religion but if they see the matter from the greater perspective they will see that in each second everything perform religion minutely for which we get our necessary things without any bar to supply. To feed the whole creation the Master of the creation has taken adequate measures what we call Continuous Wealth(Bounty of Allah). This will be continued upto a certain time and all the creature will enjoy this as per the commitment of the Master of the universe(Mou).We we have a profound looking into the matter we will be able to understand the matter being blessed by Allah. Development of Academic Disciplines and The Thought Around It(28/1/2019)

If we look at the syllabi of the world universities we see various disciplines are evolved for study and newer disciplines are going to be proliferated each year in the name of more specialization. Basically, these can be arranged within three broader frame such as Man to man, Man to matter and Matter to matter relation. Hopefully, more specialization will happen in the days to come in academic horizon. These these efforts are endeavoured for the overall human being but as yet some basic matters are not clear to the world intellectuals for that reason pragmatic steps lack to benefit the mankind irrespective of caste and creed. As we know in spite of numerous variance men are composed of basic two components such as the clay and spirit. That means combination of the heaven and earth. So basically he requires two types of demand to be fulfilled. The physical demand and the spiritual demand. For better comprehension of this Men should be studied interms of their origin, the objectives of men, his duties and responsibilities, his relation with other creation and this earth, his demands and the way to fulfill, the diversity in unity and the unity in diversity that is a comprehensive study is essential to determine the priorities of development course for human being but this is a lacuna in our academic field. We must remember imperfection of knowledge can not provide us sustainable solution to any problem of mankind. If we look in spite of huge steps still most of the world people do not get their due and their living standard is dismal and below the mark. One of the reason is not to get the perfect knowledge of human being. If we lack exact knowledge our decision making will not be correct regarding the issue. As man is in the centre of this visible world we must have a clear understanding about him and for that reason our academic curriculum should be developed in such way. The initiatives of proliferation will not work better if we become unable to determine the priority for academic disciplines. It is so far learnt that men have been sent here to lead a peaceful life but we see gradually this is going to be extinguished from the world. Diversity in Creation(27/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we look at the nature we see the pervasiveness of diversification throughout the universe. Especially, the diversity in appearances, colours, words are to be found in human society. In addition economic disparity is to be seen among human society. Sometimes it may sound discrimination of Creator among His creation to someone. But this is not true. This is diversity by which He gives us lesson that He can do everything what He likes as the supreme authority of the universe. We must remember though He is a single entity but contains ninety nine objectives and on the basis of these adjectives He has ninety nine names. But 'Allah' is His original name and He does not require lend any knowledge from others in creation, maintenance and destruction(CMD).Everything in this universe works under His close monitoring and we never see any failure because of smooth management system by invisible work force(Angels) who perform accurately with highest level of efficiency sanctioned by Allah Subhanahu Taala(AST), the most beneficent and most merciful. We always use His bounty and He has created us only for doing His worship twenty four hours. The exact way of worship has been demonstrated by the last prophet and if we want to be successful we must follow him avoiding the trap of Satan. The Satan is always on effort to derail human being from righteous way. We must be well aware of Satans activities and try to be refrained from devil works. In such a situation the help of Allah is a must otherwise it would be very difficult to avoid it. Without safe shelter of Allah none can be grateful vicegerent. The diversity works because He wants to demonstrate His supreme power above all and wants to see the society smoothly runs. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Value Addition of Work of Human Being(26/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. Human being after coming to this world through the system designed by Allah Subhanahu Taala(AST) do a lot of tasks for their survival. The works which serves the both parties and help each other to maintain a peaceful environment is always appreciated. With the change of society the changes is to be seen in the method of doing work. But the basic goal of work must be uniform and to be sustained. If any unwanted variation happens in designing the target the value addition of work will not be beneficial in the long run. As our time passes very rapidly and we do work with time so our work must conform the goal for what we work. If we consider it from the view point of Islam our each second must contain value addition as the time is delimited and running so fast. We as a person and as a member of society as well as a part of an organization and above all a citizen of the country must work for the overall betterment of all always for the satisfaction of Allah, the Master of The Universe (MOU) to whom the whole universe is inclined and on worship to him without discontinuation. Nothing is left beyond His vigilance and purview of monitoring. All the works of mankind are valuable in consideration of earthly need but these become more valuable when done in line with the roadmap of the Last Prophet Hazrat Mohammad(pbuh). Because his way of acting and behaviour have been chosen as 'Best' by the Lord of the universe Allah, the most merciful. That means for value addition of our work human being must follow his way otherwise no benefit will come to us in hereafter. The whole system of Allah is lively and if His order is not carried out from individual to collective life no value addition will be happened. Each work of human being must be meaningful for oneself and for others. The broader goal of all human being must be the satisfaction of Allah for value addition in hereafter. The presence of human being is for a few seconds in comparison of the infinite time of hereafter. Whoever we are and whatever we do must fulfill the demand of Allah as we have been created only to do worship to Him. The Satanic force always work to refrain us from doing worship to Allah and if we want to win over Satan we must follow the prophet thoroughly. None of our act go beyond accounting and we must be accountable for details on the appointed day in the days to come. Leader-Follower Relation Under Divine-Down Approach(25/1/2019)

The world have seen various types of leader-follower relation with the passage of time and the ultimate aim of leadership is to look after the various matters of the followers. Though it did not happen always. The perverted leadership paid highest attention to serve their own interest at the expense of the followers advantage. The leaders can not understand that without follower they have no existence. The leadership is a responsibility and at the earliest the interest of the followers must be fulfilled and then the interest of the leader. In all societies leaders and followers presence are to be seen but the leader who does not make any compromise to maximise the interest of the followers become popular. The internal good relation between the leaders and followers are essential to realize any rational demand. If the problem and prospect is clear to the all quarters it become easy to increase facilities to all concerned. The just step must be taken otherwise expected result will not come in existence. The leaders must remember they have been chosen only to do good work and the good to be done for the followers at first. If it is clear to the followers that the leader is committed and honest to have the best share of his followers his name will be written in the history positively. But today if we look at the status of leaders and their approach to their followers we have a lot of suspicion of their position. They primarily look to their own interest and engage themselves with unholy alliance with the management. Everyone engaged with organization must perform duly for the greater interest of the organization as well as other stakeholders. There is a rational boundary for all and everyone must maintain that boundary. A clear understanding of the organization, its objectives and goals, the good strategy to reach this goal must be clear to all as well as the projection of the career of the people engaged in the process. The essential requirements to be fulfilled first through investigation and all suitable steps to be taken for overall progress of the organization. If there is seen want of trust between leader and follower then dismal and frustrated environment will engulf them. Both the sections to be tuned to work unitedly for benefit of all and it should be inculcated in mind that leadership is a responsibility. Human Resource Development under Divine-Down Approach(24/1/2019)

Today if we look at the world we see huge measures are taken to develop human being to meet the modern challenges in the area of development. We can not have actual development to see if man are not moulded in correct way. At the outset, human being have to have a clear idea about his coming to this world and the main objective of mankind to stay in this world. If we consult the Holy Quran we see a clear picture of his creation and the way to pass this world. Though human researches give us different idea of man but the exact knowledge we get from the Holy Quran. He has been sent here only to do worship to Allah and Allah wants to see his excellency at work following the rules given by the last prophet Hazrat Mohammed (pbuh). At the outset Allah has ordered man to'Read in His name' because without it men can not separate good from bad. Without accurate knowledge we can not explain anything clearly. We must remember the world is 3rd phase of life and in the past we have crossed two phases following the system designed by AST. Human resource development has been given highest importance in Islam and encourages different authorities to take necessary steps for extending excellent work to each other. In the Holy Quran almighty says The creations of the universe have a particular role to play, without continuous research and education human being can not explore of their utilities. So it is a mandatory work for the people of the world to enhance academic activities and research for the welfare of overall mankind. With the passage of time the world is facing newer situation and to cope with this well trained people are required to meet up the varied need of society. Without capable men expected change is impossible. Authorities of the world must look into the matter for development of latent abilities of men. The survival of men in this world can not be possible without development of human being that can be attained based on accurate knowledge otherwise the nuisance will increase in this world. We must remember, the whole effort of mankind only to be done for the satisfaction of Allah and if it is missed our good works will not be good at the end of the day. The task what we do for our satisfaction will not satisfy Allah. For that reason we have to have a clear knowledge about this for betterment in hereafter. The 'Individual' under this Approach of Development(23/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are fine. This world is the third phase of human life and before here he stayed for sometime into the womb of mother. If we look at the development from'Sperm to Baby' into the womb of mother we see gradual development of man and his growth continues after coming to this world. This is a great miracle that confirms our present day advancement of science. In fact the parents can not make as we are today. This is a system designed by the Allah Subhanahu Taala (AST) who works from invisible world and a numerous number of Angels are on work to support the whole creation always beyond the eyes of human being. The past and future after death is controlled solely by the almighty with some freedom of choice to him in this world. In this world human have choice to lead a life whether it be good or not. When we consult the history of mankind interms of Islam we get a comprehensive clear picture including the past, present and future of human being. There are many options to an individual to follow but all are not good and  sustainable to him because of accurate knowledge limitations. But if the matter is seen from the Islamic point of view one can have the best way to connect invisible world to invisible world. One is to follow the Islamic knowledge thoroughly in his life and thus he can be a successful man in hereafter being blessed by Allah. As we all are always into the bounty of Allah and we have been created only to do worship to Him . Our whole works must conform to that otherwise we will be passerby of risky way. The life of the last prophet and four Caliphs to be consulted heartily in addition to study the Quran and Hadith can provide an individual a best way for all time. As we know Islam is a knowledge based religion and without being knowledgeful properly one can not be valued hereafter by the Lord of the Universe. The income and effort of an individual must be valid and economic transaction must be done within the divine boundary otherwise all of his work will go in vain. He will always depend on Allah completely and will seek assistance from Him because He becomes happy of appeal from the part of human being and He is the only authority to give or distribute bounty to His creation. We can not cross the boundary of His bounty whether we know or we do not know. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The 'Poor' and 'Poverty' in the World of Abundance(22/1/2019)

If we look at the whole creation we see the presence of abundance resource that fulfill the various demands of mankind especially for survival of every creation the resources are available around the world. If we only consider the supply chain of food we see daily all of the creation get their due more all less enables them to stay here. The authorities of the world are to take pragmatic so that everyone get their due because they have taken responsibility to look after the people who reside in a particular territory. We stratification of man in society and varied diversification among them but some requirements are same to all and needed priority based addressing through an updated information with the help of sensitive action and sensitivity of the leaders. We find no poverty in the area of abundance of resources as resources are huge to its Malik(Allah), The lord of the universe. He wants to test people whether they are excellent at their work or not and leaders have given authority to know whether they are interested to help the have nots. Men are blessed with his continuous resource and He wants to the best use of resource for the overall welfare of mankind only reminds us to invest resource in productive sector under good planning that covers the total interest of all concerned. Allah chooses poor men, but never poverty. Poverty is man made because they do not play their due role in distributing resources among the community people as per their requirement. When Allah choose poor men they win over poverty but the people who are liable for not distribution of resource will come accountability chain though they have earned resources in valid way. Their valid resource and will be their enemy for not proper use. So the power and resource to be spend and apply properly otherwise all will have to come under severe punishnent in hereafter. In fact if proper step is taken we can see no poverty in this world. we must know poverty is outcome of someones cruelty to the community people. Understanding Poverty in the World of Abundance under this Development Approach(21/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. This world has been created earlier as a part of planned action. Later on gradually man is sent to this world as per His plan and the fundamental substances are available for all for survival for a particular time. All men live in the world of abundance, we can understand it if we deeply think over the issue as mankind is blessed by Continuous Wealth(Bounty) of Allah and will stay here for a certain time determined in the heaven. In this worldly environment The Satan makes fear to mankind of scarce resources that will fell them into poverty. When this idea works in the mind of son of Adam then some of the cunning people try to control resources by depriving others by anymeans. But if consider the exact history of mankind in this world we can know of divine distribution of resources for all creation including man. In fact, poverty can not have any place in this world. This is a trap by which Satanic force wants to win over mankind. The resources are dispersed all over the world and various authorities work to look after overall affairs of their citizen have some duties to develop the potential of their citizens so that they can suit with the change of time. The fear made by Satan compels human being to be derailed whereas the bounty is available to all from the part of the almighty only requires to follow the complete knowledge for better living here and hereafter. The individual as well as the authorities have some duties to do for peaceful coexistence in this world. Poverty destroys human concentration to do worship to Allah so He has given the mechanism to be followed so all be His grateful vicegerent. He knows better without fulfilling the earthly requirement none can be attentive to Him. So from individual to collective all have duties to perform perfectly so the wheel of society runs smoothly for a peaceful living for all. Being enriched the total relation of mankind with all stakeholders a liveable world can be arranged if the matter is seen from the positive angle. The task to be started from the heart, the poverty of mind can be reduced first by feeling that the resources are available to arrest the world poverty if proper action is taken combining the physical and spiritual world. If poverty win over us the Satan will win and if we can reduce poverty qualitatively the Satan will be defeated. Now the world requires competent leadership to address poverty matter humanely and by taking necessary arrangements that raise excellency in human interaction. Addressing the 'World Poverty' under Divine-Down Approach to Development(20/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. Meanwhile, we know man is combination of two worlds such as physical and spiritual world. The body structure is made of this earth so he requires to use the resource of physical world and for a good living he needs to nurture this world very carefully. After death the body is absorbed with earth on the otherhand, the soul is the element of heaven and after death it reaches either to 'Illyeen' or 'Sijjin'. As man is combination of the two he deserves good living to ensure in this world. But the strategy for good living can not be ensured if he leads life by using his own talent leaving aside the divine instruction that is instruction of the Holy Quran and Hadith. Because of knowledge poverty mankind can not choose best for them so they need to have enriched in divine knowledge and must put them into practice for the greater welfare of mankind. We must remember there is divine sanction of resources for everyone and this world is ready to meet our rational demand if proper decision is taken by the leadership of the mankind with reference to the divine instruction. None is sent in this world without resource allocation but the Satanic force want to give idea of scarcity of resource by which some cunning people try to be rich by deceiving others. But the truth is that if human being is treated humanely and resource generation, distribution and conservation system is followed minutely by following the divine rules from micro to macro level the earthly poverty can be reduced to a tolerant position. The matter is that whether we use resource at its maximum level for the maximum benefit of entire mankind. Moreover, the rulers as well the service receiver or the citizens if earlier become spiritually developed the poverty will have no way to get in. Because all will extend their helpful hand for overall benefit of all as this world is the seed place to sow good things and there will have a constant competition among all to do good to others to be benefited mutually here and hereafter. To a muslim it is not important to enriched with earthly materials but his focus of attention is to be enriched spiritually so he can be close to Lord of the Universe (Allah) and in such a situation none can be exploiter of others as they belong to same belief and spirit and well aware of their duties and responsibilities within the divine boundary. If everyone irrespective of their position try to reduce poverty in this world this is easy the work must be started to reduce mental poverty because in its presence the poverty situation increases. Unnecessarily, rich people increase their share in national resources automatically the have not section is further deprived. It is the duty of the leaders to save all men from the curse of poverty and if they all are positive it will be easy to arrest the tempo of poverty. If the right way is not taken our expectation of a poverty free world will not be achieved. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The Best Behaviour of The Mutually Dependent Groups Under "Divine-Down"Approach to Development (19/1/2019)

The service giver and the service receivers are mutually dependent because in absence of one party the purpose will loss its tune. This is a system to extend cooperation to one another and the whole society advances thus. This approach wants to see both the parties are uniform to their broader goal and understand each other as they have uniform knowledge of the creator and creation and the purpose for creation being pure knowledge at the background so a good and easy communication system works among them and it becomes easy for them to reach the goal. Especially, government officers can not deprive common people by anymeans being influenced by Satan, the declared enemy of son of Adam. In terms of development affairs all must be careful whether it is development in the truest sense of the term. It must be operated within divine boundary otherwise all will be looser in the long run. At the earliest they should have a clear understanding of development philosophy otherwise it will be loss of time and energy. Any sort of resource is given to do good work but if fail to do it our broader goal will not be achieved. It is through acquiring knowledge we can know the best for the whole of mankind. The Standard Behaviour of the Service Giver and Service Receiver(18/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. The main task of all the authorities work at different strata of society is to look after the affairs of people with the best for whom they have been assigned. Here we see two parties 1. The service provider(government officer and 2. Service receiver( the people). As we know government officers are paid monthly from the purse of the state which is realized from the people by various types of taxation. People want service from them for smooth running of their lives and expect best service from them. The service giver and the service receiver are composed of same component, requires same element to survive and possess some fates that are common to all. This is an opportunity of the both party to cooperate one another for the sake of humanity and performing the due role. No undue relation is welcome here for both the parties and the service giver will extend their helpful hand at their utmost for the interest of the service receiver. Both the parties are always on test whether they perform excellent or not. The excellency can be observed by helping the service receiver the maximum service within minimum time. A government officer can not be sluggish in clearing the files for extra income from the service receiver. The office will follow the open system to address all the issues with sensitivity, integrity and honesty. The success of an office depends on the good certification of the honest service receivers who get service following the office rules minutely. None has right to destroy others right when they come on contact to have normalcy for all.Under this approach, officers who work for people will be people oriented and the most updated methods will be taken to serve the people because their role is to work as a facilitator under competent political authority. In this context, the politicians as well as the administrators are benevolent service provider to people. It is not the work of administration to increase sufferings to the people but a congenial environment must be ensured for all so everyone can keep confidence in them. Mutual cooperation between them is a prime need for attaining the satisfaction of Allah, the lord of the universe who wants to see a peaceful world for His vicegerents. None is free from accountability chain and leaders and administrators will be more accountable because they exercise power and distribute resource among the common citizen. Being energised with same ethical value the tempo of good works advances by minimising understanding gap, can be a helpful situation for all. When the broader goal is same and the endeavours of all proceed to attain that can maintain a balance . Both start their journey depending on the same authority and extends cooperation to each other for the satisfaction of same authority reduces the mental gap. This approach wants to see balanced decelopment of all physically and mentally pertaining the basic values that enhance excellency among men for the combined benefit of here and hereafter. The economic system for the whole world will be interest free and the best environment for investment will be arranged under broader divine economic rules that is always to serve the mankind equitably in combination of the private as well as public ownership of enterprises work for the overall benefit of all. The discrimination free economic enterprises are allowed to work only for the greater interest of the whole mankind. At the outset the authority must have a clear conception that the resources are adequate to meet the earthly demand of all human being as for everyone there is a divine sanction of resources and it is the duty of the authority of all ages to ensure congenial atmosphere so that every human being can show their best excellency within the policy framed under the divine economic rule. In designing economic policy we must remember man is a divine being so divine economic rule will work best for a balanced life in this world. The interest confirms ones fixed income on a particular time frame is prohibited in Islam because everything is uncertain including human life and depends on the desire of the almighty and believing in Takdeer(Fate) is one of the important branch of Imaan as well as Allah wants to see human effort in this world on His instruction that can ensure the "Best" for man because of minute following His guideline. The people of the world require "welfare economy" only can be ensured by observing the divine economic rules throughout the world. At the outset basic needs of human being to be addressed so that everyone enjoy that. Later on, other initiatives will be taken cosidering the changes in the world. In all initiatives the welfare of all mankind will get priority. A Research Team will work to guide economic policies with reference to the divine instructions regarding economy. Man can be certain of their economic activity only by connecting the economic principles with divinity. In this approach of development a perfect combination is desired among man to man, man to matter and matter to matter relation in terms of the composition of man and their requirement in this world. If the development process of the world advance to that end the clues to be consulted with reference to the Holy Quran and Hadith as well as the nature where the lives start its journey and leaves its existence after staying a span of time might be longer and shorter. The parties who engage in development process from policy formulation to implementation being imbued by the uniform belief system and cultural pattern can understand one another quickly and can extend their best to reach the best end, best for everyone because the whole process is designed in such a way that none can be deprived of from this comprehensive arrangement intentionally as the whole affairs are taken to satisfaction of Allah who is the ultimate authority and owner of the universe, on whose bounty all the flora and fauna survives and contain their existence. The group who engage in this process is corruption free and extends their cooperation to each other for their maximum benefit here and hereafter. The whole development process is dominated by the divine rules so no self-seeking decision has place here. The whole development process if ignore the spiritual aspect of human being is no more development in essence. Islamic philosophy combines the physical world and spiritual world in terms of development. The development planner, practionists and the service receiver will maintain the basic values of Islam so an equitable environment for all can be guaranteed. All the actors must have clear idea of divine clues so that a peaceful co-existence of all can be ensured for all. The prime need is to consult the main problem of human being with reference to the divine knowledge minutely. Unplanned intervention of human being will fail repeatedly because of their knowledge gap of actual development. In human society automatically this approach will not work.Someone is to take step to put the divine rule into practice for development because the development problem of all the parties are addressed here smoothly and sustainably. The development effort of all will advance within the boundary of divinity. The delopment administrators will identify the real need of people and will take necessary measures to serve them at their door in need. We must remember men have every potential to make response with the social change and their changing needs and it is the duty of the society to write down something good on the white paper of human life. In this context, the presence of responsible leadership is a must and if anyone or the group fails to gear the development process for all can leave their chair spontaneously because leadership is a big responsibility and if this responsibility does not come into existence it becomes vain. If we look at the development activities of the world we see at the end of the day development of underdevelopment because of unplanned measures that gradually decaying the vitality of this world. We must remember there is only one world for us. If it faces challenge we will be effected severely. So our development plan and implementation must proceed in keeping the matter at our heart. For a good background of this approach at the earliest we must know the world is arranged earlier by Allah to feed the various rational requirement of human being so the community should not be worried of the challenges of life in this world. The Continuous Wealth(bounty of Allah) is adequate to serve the human need upto a certain time as per divine distribution. It is the duty of the leaders and men to understand the matter at the outset and take necessary measure for their best use for all the people of the world. The people have a clear understanding of human history and their various types of needs in this world by a pragmatic education and cultural system that prepare them to cope with the changing time. Men must have clear idea of the Creator and his creation and various types of implicit and explicit relation. The knowledge gap will ruin the whole development discourse. This must be ensured that what people do is truly development for spiritual and physical world of man. In this approach the people will be part of development will contain the uniform spirit and culture that will reduce mental gap and enhance solidarity among them to combat any unwanted situation cross the boundary of divine law. Different authorities as local governments will take proper step to have a clear database of the people of their jurisdiction so that proper development plan for them can be taken to meet the market demand of home and abroad. People are not burden to society if they are given conducive environment they are enabled to show their excellency. The human knowledge to be improved to know the best technique to use the bounty of Allah for further development. For example, the research knowledge of human being have created new opportunity to use sun light at night is a visible improvement of scientific effort but we must remember this 'Sun' is one of the important bounty of Allah, has a particular role to his creation especially for human survival in this world and this is giving service to people as per tge rule set for it. In this approach we have to have pragmatic and suitable measures that encourage men to show their excellency throughout their life. Steps to be taken to control the speed of Satanic force as it is always engaged to derail human being from righteous way. Theoretical aspect to be developed to aware men about Satan, its activities and bad consequences by various means so that proper role of can be ensured at proper time. The development planner, development practitioner and development evaluator as well as receiver all must have clear understanding about goal of divine knowledge for all the people of the world. Especially, the two groups such as the planner and practitioner must be enriched in divine knowledge and philosophy of development that combines the interest of all requires a permanent think tank of the Holy Quran and Hadith which incorporates welfare knowledge for all the people of the world as there will have no ammendment or change in them. Only the complete knowledge can address all the problems of human being in this earth. The irrational and knowledgeless intervention of human being in development sector will decay the vitality of this earth. The best behaviour of man with this world is seen in the life style of the Last prophet and four pious Caliphs and the fuel of this approach will be emanated from their approach to this world. We know man is combined of mud and spirit so this approach considers these twin need of human being following the boundary of divine instruction. The overall efforts to be done by all stakeholders only for the satisfaction of Allah, who is the ultimate authority and owner of this unicerse. The development work that losses is sustainable character is not development at all. So in this approach human excellency in doing work is given importance. Human whimsical plan of development only increase disparity in society so the sustainable steps to be taken within the boundry of Shariah to address all equitably to all section of people. Who should be addressed first? must be clear at the outset and what best way can be taken will be determined following divine rule that is as well universal because it works indiscriminately to all the people of the world. For a better relation among man to man, man to matter and matter to matter it is essential for the people of the world to follow 'Divine-down approach to development for all mankind.  The conventional development approach can not cope with to solve the development problems of man as discrimination is on increase throughout the world. There should have a perfect relation among man to man, man to matter and matter to matter throughout the world otherwise it is impossible to ensure peaceful co-existence of all. All the creation came into being with due proportion and if divine rule is completely consulted in designing development plan from formulation to implementation a responsible competent authority will take pragmatic measure to address the people who really need help on the basis of priority. Necessary steps will be taken to create favourable environment for all the citizen so that their latent ability can be utilised at optimum level. In this approach the material as well as spiritual development will be given highest importance. The leaders and all other authorities will work and motivate people being free from all sorts of corruption. The state authority will earn more from the rich peoples consumption of posh materials and will spend more for the benefit of marginal people. Moreover, the emphasis will be given on to increase human excellency by consulting the life history of famous personalities of Islam at all ages because in absence of love among rulers none can be benefited more. The Islamic philosophy encourages men to be engaged in good work all the time for the combined benefit of here and hereafter. If we look at the development approaches of the world we see their limitation to address the real need of world people but if 'Divine-down approach is followed through continuous research to use the Continuous Wealth(Bounty of Allah) the whole of the creation will have environment for peaceful co-existence. The Relation between 'Divine -Down and 'Top-Down' Approach of Development (12/1/2019)

The earthly top-down approach is controlled by human being with their limited knowledge and can not cope with the changes happen in this world sustainably. As this design has no connectivity with the sustainer of the universe. Here piecemeal steps are taken but this step can not address the whole interest of the varied creation. When the decision of development is taken in the secretariat and implemented at the grassroot we call it 'Top-down' but when the instructions of Allah are followed in designing development can be called 'Divinedown'Approach that considers the whole ecological balance. If we look at the world we see conspicuous absent of 'Divine-down approach. In this approach the gap between leader and followers are minimised and the leader follows vantage condition in their living following the life style of Last prophet and four pious Caliphs. These are basic values for all for all time. The exact reference of the Holy Quran and Hadith can ensure the best development approach for the whole world if necessary steps are taken by the competent authorities. If we look at the whole world we see governments are undertaking huge development works to bring qualitative change in the life style of common people but at the end of the day we see discrimination on wax. The number eight people are the owner of half of the  total resources of the world and one percent people of the world is the owner of ninety percent resources of the world displays the severe problem of ongoing development strategy of the world. With the speed of development work, discrimination also increase in absence of "Divine-Down Approach to Development" which can address the real need of human being who are combined of mud and spirit. This approach addresses the twin need of mankind and the concerned authorities are assigned to implement this approach for a peaceful world to ensure. In absence of proper resource distribution system the development activities increase discrimination. Though the " Top-Down Approach for development is not conducive but the "Divine-Down Approach is sustainable in the sense that it is based on the desire of the Lord of the Universe Allah, the Knowledgeful and powerful of everything. Human design of development strategy is as yet failure to arrest huge disparity in the society reminds us to apply the Divine-Down approach for the comprehensive welfare of mankind. The world leaders must look into the divine instructions to follow when they design development plan and go for execution. The intervention of human being in development sector with limited knowledge will further increase disparity. A holistic research work can be done on this approach so that muslim world as well as other countries of the world can take best method for development. Men in this world earn capacity to exchange views with one another in their own language as we know The first man Hazrat Adam(as) was earlier informed of all the things human being use in this world and will use until the last day of the world so all languages belong to Allah Subhanahu Taala(AST). In this context learning any language does not stand against Islam.Moreover, it is an extended skill of son of Adam that displays ones extra capacity to exchange views with others. The main aim of language is to exchange views among people and this happens throughout the world. The sound or word stands at the centre of language. When almighty Allah wanted to create He told "Kuun" (Be) is a sound later on it came into existence. Only a living man able to speak can make sound and that lays in important impact on others. We can differentiate men by listening their sound. I daily life we exchange our views with the people with whom we interact. Our language or sound must be fine as  it has great impact and our sounds or languages are on record by the invisible Angels who are assigned to record our words. The last prophet has advised us to remain silent if we have no stock of good words to exchange. Todays technology reorients us about the significance of such suggestion. The regular reader of the Holy Quran and Hadith can understand its significance today easily by seeing the earthly technology to record our voices. Moreover, when the words worked at the outset of creation of this universe we must be aware of this and must be calculative in exchanging views. Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we look at a glance of the world we see problems, most of man made creating abnormalcy for human living. The obstinate decision of leaders are destroying peaces of the countries most of them are power conflict. If we consider the anthropology of power pertaining to Islam we see Almighty Allah is the source of power and if the powerful people practice instruction of Him this will ensure rational application of power and and increase peace throughout the world. The conventional system of power application in most of the time invites problem rather to solve it. The leaders of the world must remember that human exercise of power without reference to the Quran and Hadith will only create discrimination among the people and countries of the world. If power stands against peace that power can not be accepted. Power and peace must proceed simultaneously. Anyones step to control power whimsically will stand against peace. If we look at the muslim world we see most of the problem arise out of power conflict because they think they are the competent authority to govern the state. Most of them are not well aware of power, its objective and its rational use. Power and responsibility go hand in hand. The complete meaning of power in Islam is responsibility which ranges from personal to universal life. Any deviation of powerful from rational exercise of power will be a perpetual curse for them. They must remember when Allah exercises power His every creation get their due but when it is exercised by men the society faces discrimination. Throughout the world the discrimination is on increase but the appropiate steps to be taken by the world leaders wherein they are completely failed. For competency in leadership leaders must contain the basic values and norms of leadership which is conspicuously absent in this word. The work of world leaders are not praiseworthy to bring peace among nations. Any undue and biased decision will not enhance peace. The peace giver is properly addressed otherwise human intervention with limited knowledge will work for peace. Responsibility of The Ministers (8/1/2019)

The chief executive of the state choice Ministers as his/her colleague by following some conditions and the prime one is integrity to the leadership. Minister is the political head of the ministry and works upto the satisfaction of the PM. Generally , PM wants to run the ministry smoothly considering the internal and external contingencies. Government officers who are regular staff to government are always on work from secretariat to field administration and Minister is informed on all matters within his jurisdiction following the charter of duty by the secretariat staffs. In running ministry permanent officers of government work as helpful hand. The role of Ministers become significant when any initiative is taken to make policy in his/her ministry. It is better if he/she has previous idea about the basic affairs of the ministry. At the earliest he/she can order her office to prepare a report about the ministry including its origin, object, activities, programmes, projects, problems and prospects of the Ministry. He/she has some leisure to know her ministry and for further promotion of work he/she can seek experts opinion of particular sector. As our honourable PM considers power as responsibility then all others must consider this in that line otherwise the purpose will not be served. Pertinently, I can mention some words about Rail Ministry of Bangladesh from the part of passengers. It is very tough to get in and out from the train due to absence of high platform equivalent to floor of the train and short passage. The railway passengers are always on struggle to get in and out. Moreover, the more vertical ladders become dangerous to the passengers. The Rail Ministry can take projects to upgrade the platform and spacious passage considering the importance of railway stations if they want to give best service to the rail passengers. One of the chllenge comes to Minister when the recruitment procedure is underway. An honest Minister easily can handle the matter if he can give the message to the regular staff that he will not tolerate any anomaly in recruitment of personnel. If any mechanism of sharing is accepted and followed he will loss his ethical base to run the Ministry smoothly. These are opportunity as well as responsibility to serve the state and any sort of violation of rules will ruin the ministry. The minister can judge the reaction of the people about her ministry at regular intervals, can be a best tool to run the ministry. In this age of media it is very easy to get feedback. Development and Good Governance in Bangladesh (7/1/2019)

There is a trend in some intellectuals in Bangladesh that they become exponent of development first then they consider good governance. If a quick survey is done among the Bangladeshis they will reply to see development and good governance at the same time. If we consult the historic movements of Bangladesh we will find that both the two are implied therein. It is the leadership which can translate the aspiration of people by winning their confidence in people. We need leadership which will make consensus of people for the greater interest of the nation. It is unfortunate that we could not use the spirit of independence war during post-liberation Bangladesh for nation building for many reasons. The one of the main reason is pervasive corruption of political activists about which the father of the nation was highly anxious. Later on , no positive scenario is to be seen in successive regimes. Moreover, the volume and dimension of corruption have been increased as time passes. Different types of connection especially of political pattern became one of the main way to have state facilities from the state. With the assumption of power the resource base of politicians and political activists become strong in comparison to other groups of society. At present, peoples common perception is that politics has become a money making sector as business and if the presence of businessmen are overwhelming the chance for further increase of their resoures increase with the help of state machinery. This is one of the main problem of Bangladesh. Businessmen turned politician many times fail to protect the right of the buyers whereas one of the important task of government is to protect right of people at any situation. The background and character of politicians are reflected in public policies of the nation and if there is any unholy alliance between politician and bureaucracy, the protection of peoples right becomes loose. Most of the farmers do not get due price of their production is another number one problem of agriculture economics. The appropriate steps to be taken to give them incentive for production requires necessary research to address the problem. A democratic government have a lot of things to do for the overall welfare of its citizen but the main one is to gain peoples confidence. Without ensuring good governance at all levels of society only conducting development work will not feed the prime aspiration of people. The Honey and Poisonous Aspects of Power (6/1/2019)

Power is an essential aspect of life that is needed from personal to collective life. A physically powerless man can not move a little though he is a millionaire or billionnaire in this world. In all stratum of society there are some people to exercise power for discipline and peace, assigned following some rules and acceptable to society to cooperate them for mutual betterment. Without responsibility we find none especially in a democratic society various authorities are to work for the welfare of all people of the society. There are two aspects of power when it is used in good work then it is honey to the user as well as to the beneficiary but when any abuse of power is seen then it becomes poisonous for the power user because the power is endowed only to do good work and when it is equitably applied then it is justified positively. One of the important task of government is application of power impartially so none can raise any question about integrity of government.Our honourable Prime Minister has rightly considered power as responsibility if this concept works at all levels of party and government this will be better for our politics and government. But the dangerous side is this during last ten years who have become more benefitted materially by anymeans will they stop their race? It is very tough to be positive because without political leaders help majority people do not get service from our bureaucracy. The upazilla level police administration can not work impartially without interference of political activities of upazilla level. Moreover, a cotractual system between police and local political activists work from where it is very difficult to get service from 'Thana' is mentioned for example. Governments many good programmes earn blame due to anomaly of local level political leaders and activists. Administration moves when it is recommended by party stalwarts of same level or of top level. This situation conspicuously stands against development administration and the permanent declaration of the constitution of Bangladesh. The ongoing bureaucracy of Bangladesh is not capable enough to feed the demand of common citizen of Bangladesh impartially because of poisonous partisan politics that create clear wall and loss its significance though it is an essential instrument for running modern states. Though political government is determined to give service to the people but the unholy alliance between local level political activists and local administration is a main bar to acquire popularity. Government must study the whole situation with the help of non-partisan acceptable people of society. Government must be careful of the activities of local political activists and to control the local administration scientifically without any bias. An impartial promotion system for government officers will increase their morale at own job and non-partisan efficient government officers will have wider scope to contribute to the nation.The popularity is one of the main capital of political party and it can be achieved by the good behaviour of political activists of the grassroot. In this connection huge training arrangements to be designed to change the negative mindset of them. The change should be started from human being. The grassroot level political activists require qualitative change in their mental formation to enhance popularity of government among people. Only conducting development work will not be enough because most of the people want to see good governance otherwise, the power will see its poisonous aspect. Political Reform In Bangladesh (5/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. We need political reform for active participation of people in politics and administration in Bangladesh. Still our political culture is unfit to guarantee the voting right of all people in Bangladesh. We have crossed 47 years of independence but our democratic culture is too weak to accommodate the sentiment of all people of Bangladesh. The recent 11th national election is a good lesson to most of us to reform the political system in our country. In our political scenario we two political actors are dominant such as Bangladesh Awami League(BAL) and Bangladesh Nationalist Party(BNP). They are more hostile to each other and the culture they nurture in political arena does not go to establish democracy in our society because of family centred footing. When Bangladesh is a Peoples Republic then every citizen has right to go to the top position of party ladder but this is conspicuously absent in Bangladesh display the weakness of democratic footing in Bangladesh. In fact this is a common scenario in sub-continent politics. But we know in absence of democracy within the party it can not take strong footing in state.The current situation in Bangladesh bring out some truth to address sincerely in the zone of politics as yet most of the people are politically excluded for taking inadequate steps taken by Election Commission of Bangladesh. I have some suggestions for political reform in Bangladesh These are presented for consideration of the concerned authorities. 1. The registered political parties will participate in different elections will throw their manifesto before three months of election for consideration of the voters and research organizations. 2. The total voters of the country will vote against manifesto not against any candidate.3. The Parliamentary seat will be allocated in consideration of the percentage of total votes against each manifesto. Here the symbol is important. For example, the boat is for Awami Manifesto and Dhaner shis for BNP.4. The political party will select the people who will take seat in the parliament following a particular method. For example, under some criteria such as 15 years of primary party membership with two terms experience of peoples representative at any levels of local government with good record. 5. A good past track record in Bangladesh politics and a glorious past of honesty and integrity. 6. The grass root level political activists will vote for the man who is suitable to represent them in parliament. Political parties can fix other conditions duly registered by Election Commission of Bangladesh. The manifesto based election will reduce political killing especially that happens in election campaign. The Election Commission will announce the manifestos through different media equitably and arrange voting system so that all the voters can vote against manifesto they choose. If it is maintained the engagement of all voters will be ensured in political process of Bangladesh. None will be deprived from voting government as we saw in 11th national parliament election. Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. Our today's article is devoted to propose foundation training for MPs in Bangladesh. We know they come from different backgrounds mainly to formulate law for the whole country. At present in decelopment area their presence are vivid especially in upazilla parishads they have legal power to advice Upazilla Parishad on all development affairs of the locality. We when government officers are appointed they are given various types of training to make them capable to cope with the changes in job environment and to show efficiency in their job is an important work of public personnel administration. But MPs as peoples representatives must have training especially of foundation to know the reality of society for whom they formulate law and to know the present reaction of people about prevailing law. If it is done the government will be more capable to address the real life situation of the people. Thus the performance of MPs will be enhanced. The duration may be for two months. They will reside one month in remotest village with the villagers and will collect data on various issues of development under development experts especially of rural development experts and workshop will be arranged to know the thinking of other groups of society about politics and administration of the country and the real people and society. At upazilla level we see peoples representative and government representatives are to work so for better coordination and smooth functioning frequent workshop and seminar and symposium type activities should be increased at upazilla level to reduce the gap and understanding between politics and administration. For functional development administration government may consider the matter. Afterall, the main work of government is to provide service to the people with the change of time. When our goal and the ways to achieve it matches it can be easy to reach our goal. In such a situation government can take various measures that reduce political exclusion , can be outcome of many reasons. The commitment from both the representatives are highly deserved in a country where everyone wants qualitative change in their life style. Gocernment must use other types of instrument to know the voice of the grassroot people and ethical training arrangement must introduce for grassroot level political activists for making harmonious political atmosphere at all levels of society. To know the intention of people is one of the important task for gocernment to ensure good governance by maximising democracy otherwise the result will be reverse. With the changing situation government is to take steps that can enhace people's confidence in it. For better performing training is needed to all. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The Risk of Being Pioneer of Devil Work (3/1/2019)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we consult the human effort in this world we see these are of two categories such as good work and devil work. All devil works are done being guided by Satan, the declared enemy of son of Adam for his downfall from paradise and still his future is confirm that he will reside in hell permanently as The mercy of Allah has been withdrawn from him. Now his main aim is to increase his company here and hereafter and whenever we see any devil work to happen from our personal to collective life it is done backed by Satan. So must be always careful about it and its presence and action in society. As it bears some Allah given facilities in this world such as it can enter into our blood cells, can cover the world in a second and it will stay until the last day of the world are the authority approved by Allah Subhanahu Taala(AST). On the otherhand, Allah has sent prophets to rail human being in this world and man can ensure his peaceful hereafter being blessed by Allah following the roadmap of the Last Prophet Hazrat Mohammed (pbuh).Due to satanic influence sometimes we become derailed but if we become repentent and surrender to Malik(Allah) He forgives us as we consider Him the ultimate authority of everything of this universe and He confirms us that all of our devil works of past will be turned into good work with adequate reward as He deserves. The thing is that we must surrender to him heartily and will not be engaged anymore in devil work. His door of forgiving will remain open until the sun rising from west. This is the only door open to all for twenty four hours in spite of closing many doors by son of Adam for someone in this worldly situation. One of the son of Adam, named' Kabil' is the pioneer of killing human being in this world. He is to take the liability of others undue killing of others until the last day of the world. In the sameway, the pioneer of good work will have premium of other good works done by others until the last day of the world. The lesson is The first Caliph of Islam Hazrat Abu Bakar(R) will be the number one for his selfless contribution of all types at the introduction of preaching Islam under the leadership of Hazrat Mohammed(pbuh). I think 'Pioneering Role' is a risk for us if it is bad and destabilise the society and works as breeding place for further nuisance. All of we must be careful about it whoever we are and what position we hold is not the matter. Our uncontrolled living style will only produce vices in society and we must be accountable to the almighty on the appointed day. Nothing is left from record so we must purify our work being blessed by Allah and be pioneer of good work for His (Allah's) satisfaction. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.
