The Relation Between Party and Government (20/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice morning to me. Hope you are all fine. In a democratic country we see working of different political parties to work with different ideologies. Bangladesh is no exception. We have about 100+ political parties including registered and non-registered. Majorly, Bangladesh Awami League, Bangladesh Nationalist Party, Jatiyo Party and Jamat-e-Islami Bangladesh. The ultimate aim of political parties are to go to state power to implement their ideology at national level. There are no other ways to get into state power without political party if we exclude military intervention. In political party we see people to work at various levels. They are considered as political activists and leaders. So far I know they are not paid employee of the party. They become member of the primarily for their choice of the party ideology or leader who works near to them. The ongoing Bangladesh scenario assure us that the leaders and activists who works at different stairs allied to ruling regime become riches abruptly without any legal source of income. If 128 politicians of district level such as President and Secretary are interviewed of their resources and if they provide accurate information of it my claim or the perception of common people will be proved correct. Including all regimes if a survey is made we think the truth will come out in favour of our perception. But we know these are not paid jobs. Some budgets are given to execute party programmes but this seem to be negligible. If politicians make money in such a way how will they fulfil the desire of the people through development work. None of the district level offices can avoid the request of two district level stalwarts of ruling regime whether it is valid or invalid. There is a clear difference between party and government. Whenever any one seats in the government chair he/she is for all and all expect uniform behaviour from him/her as the citizen of the state. If any deviation is to be seen then he/she fails to protect oath. If political atmosphere becomes pollutted nothing can be freed from its bad influence. Generally people thinks their representative will work with administration to protect their right but this is absent in Bangladesh. Moreover, an unholy nexus between politicians and bureaucrats further exploit people to have their right. Nowa days it is seen that in the most part the right of people is destroyed by them for many reasons. People love development but they love to protect their right more than that. Ensure of justice by government to people is more important for a government than conducting development works with which corruption advances simultaneously. It is the matter of the political decision of the government but as an academic I think they must give priority to protect the right of all citizens of the country. Impartial and just approach of government will win the mind of the people and party blind people will destroy all achievements of government whoever party is in power is not the question. The Fate of Non-Partisan Voters In Bangladesh (19/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine in this month of victory. In a democratic society especially in Bangladesh people have been considered as master of the country according to our constitution. The people of all the country are included here as 'people'. Some people are actively engaged in politics and work at different tiers of their party. In Bangladesh, in context of the present scenario The Ruling Regime Awamileague and BNP claim people are with them. According to their opinion they are capable enough and competent to run Bangladesh. If we visit media it becomes very clear to us. On many issues they are dissident attitude. They are hostile to each other. Ruling regime wants to continue in power by claiming their development efforts they did for long ten years on the otherhand BNP tells the right of countrymen is ignored in this regime and development happened among the people of ruling regime from top to bottom. People of Bangladesh want development and democratic right at the same time. People do not want to sacrifice their freedom of thought against development. Before election they disclose manifestos for consideration of the countrymen but after assumption of power most of the commitments do not put into practice. Yes, the days changes with the people allied to ruling regime and others become looker on. Two types of people are hugely deprived such as the people who were allied with the previous regime and non-partisan people. Some can manage some facilities at the expense of huge money given as bribe. The rate of bribe increases with the political colour of the job seekers. If it is from own people the rate is tolerable and if it is different political belief the rate becomes higher. The money goes to the people who work at different strategic positions of the ruling regimes. This scenario and perception are vivid after 1990. In this age of information technology most of the people of Bangladesh became consciousness of the malpractices happen in the government atmosphere. A sort of unholy alliance between the politicians and bureaucrats stand against people for whom the state machinery works. In fact, non- partisan people lose in the long run. Once people took help of administration and court to protect their right now their appearance sometimes seem that for their cause people losses their right. The position of government must conform the aspiration of people. A thorough analysis confirm us that there must have qualitative change in the current practices of political parties and government of Bangladesh. In a democratic country the onous of government is huge and it can not ignore the basic right of countrymen for development. The Election Commission (EC) can not escape from ensuring peoples voting right as a constitutional body. When both of the political alliance are confident of their present role now the solution lies with the non-partisan voters who can cast vote in a free and fair environment. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The Philosophy Behind 'Rest' and 'Pause' (18/12/2018)

If we consult the world history we see many dynasties to appear and disappear and historians try to detect out the reasons for their upheaval and fall. The academics are full aware of this. Still the world is witness of seeing the race of powerful and powerless. None of them are available today. There are three things in human life are important for all and demand their best use always because these will work for a particular time and will not be available always such as time, money and power. These are given only to do good work to oneself and for others. These works as advantage for a person or for a party or regime. From personal to international life when abuse of power happens then the regime losses its power. By coercion a party can take the state power but if it do not run state with justice it will loss, this is the lesson history unveils to us. When any party run state they can not see their loopholes due to many reasons. They try to justify their work in various ways. It seems to me that power detaches them from the reality of peoples sufferings and aspiration. In a welfare country if the flow of infirmation is freed and available to all the party in power or opposition can quickly understand the need of people with the help of media. This can be helpful for all to take pragmatic decision. Each political party must have a research wing especially to read the sentiment of the non-partisan voters of Bangladesh always on various issues of nation and government. So far I know this is not active in Bangladesh. The problem is that sometimes we become pro- Pakistan and pro-Indian in Bangladesh, thus our motherland and we become loosers. We must remember our freedom fighters sacrificed their valuable wealth only to see independent Bangladesh in all respect. We need patriotic leaders who will seek and preserve the interest of our country. Our young citizen have a role to understand and be united purely for this country because we got it through riverfull blood. As a necessity, the person or the political parties require rest or pause to realize their loopholes and this is the beauty of democracy and at the last democracy will win when people have chance to vote freely in fair environment. In this context, the prevailing situation to be improved more visibly. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Distribution of Fruit of Independence to The People of Bangladesh(17/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice morning to me. Hope you are all fine. From today we are inhabitant of an independent country. We are blessed with leaders who have taken the responsibility of implementation of aspiration of departed freedom fighters, after crossing whose riverfull blood we are here. Now our leaders must be free from the evil mentality of the Pakistani leaders and our administration must be free from the colonial mentality to serve the people of an independent country. Our people desire to enjoy all sorts of advantage of citizens of an independent country. The leaders are heavily responsible to run a state whose people sacrificed a lot in the liberation war to fulfil the desire of the architect of the nation. If the political and administrative atmosphere misfit the desire of the people will not come into existence. We must work considering the requirement of the people. Honest leaders are a prime requirement of the country as well as honest and efficient administration. Without the sacrificing tendency no qualitative change will come into society.  A committed leadership is a must for the people of independent country to serve them must. We see some big contradicton among and between the dominant political parties in Bangladesh. In this context an impartial election can show the acceptability of the political parties who wish to run the state. If it is so the prevailing situation to be improved more so that people can apply their verdict for the future state authority. Let us hope for the best. The Significance of National Victory Day And Political Development in Bangladesh(16/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. At the outset I wish to all Happy National Victory Day'2018 to you all. It is blessing of Allah that we are now citizen of and independent country in this universe though we have many problems in national life. We have got it at the expense of riverfull blood during nine months long liberation war against Pakistan. We pray for the departed souls of freedom fighters who sacrificed their life for cause of a real independent country. Our country has passed a long time under various regimes. Still we could not achieve national consensus on some important issues pose severe problem to the political development of Bangladesh. Yet we could not play just role just role to the departed freedom fighters. Our political culture still divide country people though we need unity among the countrymen for preserving national interest. We lack good relationship among our political masters that breeds and extends among the grassroot level politician and activists also a main bar to political development of Bangladesh. We want to see a country which will ensure the following situation for the wellbeing of all people of Bangladesh. 1. a country free from all sorts of corruption 2. a country free from all sorts of discrimination 3. preservation of voting right of all voters 4. independence of judiciary 5. balance of power between Prime Minister and President 6. Country loving politician who are not hanker after honour and money 7. strong local government equipped enough to support all sorts of civic services to people 8. an impartial and efficient bureaucracy capable enough to implement the election manifesto of the political party in power 9. above all an accountable and sensitive government to arrange all sorts of support for the development of all citizen of Bangladesh. we should remember in mind that we want to see victory of all people of Bangladesh not for a small section. A just society is a must for implementation of the spirit of liberation war. We want to establish a golden Bangla as per expectation of the architect of the country Sheikh Mojibor Rahman in the true sense and we must have victory over Satan And Satanic activities that is always engaged in devil work and wants people to become his company. Life, Power and Fire (15/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. In last few days a contentious environment is to be seen in Bangladesh during election campaign. We have freed our country from oppression of Pakistan to have a good life for all in this month and we have notable struggles for attaining liberty and democracy at the national environment for all but still we see bloodshed among Bangladeshis in this month of victory reminds us that we have a lot of things to do to give the fruit of independence to the all people of the country. The ruling as well as the opposition party always say they work for the interest of the people of the country. I myself as a part of people convinced that neutral people do not choose killing of people or contentious environment during election. The political parties will throw their election manifesto and will go to people to seek their support in a fair environment. In a democratic society peoples verdict is essential to get into state power. A fair competition is to be held among the contending parties will never contribute to create an environment when voters will not be interested to go to the polling centres. The path to go to state power must be clear. If any question arise about the validity then it is a great bar to promote democracy in the national environment. Creating apprehension among the voters is not a good sign for the development of democracy. Power is required to extinguish fire not to ignite it. The leaders of various parties must take responsibility to ensure calm and quiet environment for all citizen for all time. A good relation is a must among the politicians of different political parties. Unfortunately, day by day in Bangladesh this environment is going to be decayed. Whereas, a good relation is essential among the politicians. We must remember the life of human being is more superior to assumption of power. At any cost the life to be protected and calm and quiet environment to be ensured. Our good sense must prevail. Any sort of manipulation or discrimination will not be accepted by the neutral voters of Bangladesh. The ruling regime must consider the matter. When it is the goal to serve the nation by getting power, state does not say to destabilise the situation. There should have coherence between goal and ways to achieve it otherwise, none will work better from personal to national level. A tolerant behaviour is required to establish democracy and the life of human being is more superior to our power. The function of power is to save life. Dualism in Bank Financial Management of Bangladesh(14/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me.Hope you are all fine. Last few years the Bank financial management saw some unwanted situation that goes against its positive performance. Banks come into market with various services for the people and different types of regulatory authority works at different levels for its smooth functioning. But it seems that most of these authority fails to run their work smoothly. One of the main reason is that proper man is not placed there. It is seen in all regimes political connectivity with the regimes get preference to select people for staffing the different authorities. One of the main loophole is absence of accountability of the Board of Directors(BOD). The interesting matter is that the people who works at different Branch levels work under tight accountability system as they daily confirm the daily transactions accurately but at the top there is no presence of accountability displays dualism. No dualism is beneficial to any good work. So far I know the task of BODs are to preserve the interest of the Bank and give attention to follow the rules and regulations of the Bank but most of the time they fail to do that due to want of commitment to Bank enterprises. BoDs are given a suitable honourarium for rendering service to the Bank but the weak position of Bank convince us that BoDs do not play their due role to the Bank. In this connection the appointing authority has to take liability because of failure of Bank management. There is a clue in the history to be consulted. Once Hazrat Omar, the second Caliph of Islam gives appointment a competent people as Kazi and asked his closed associates about his work. They all said in one voice you have done the good job. He said, No. It will be justified when the appointee completes his job accurately. Here, we see the chain of quality work as well as accountability of the appointing authority. In our country we never consult this education. To set right man at the right place is an lmportant work of administration if it is failed we see pervasiveness of failure at all levels of state management. May Allah help us to set right man at right place and we pray to Allah not to include us among the wrong doing people.

Killing in Political Campaign(13/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. Meanwhile, we have lost two lives in election campaign who will never be seen among us. Each unwanted death of human being shows the inhuman behaviour of human being to others and displays the superiority of assumption of worldly power to the live of human being. Human life in this world is one time. If it is gone, gone forever. In Bangladesh we have lost innumerable people for the cause of democracy but it is far a way of to be achieved of. Still our leaders remember them at least once in a year for their sacrifice for the cause of democracy but our our democratic environment does not become transparent. How many people to be lost in future for transparent democracy in Bangladesh? Our historical events repeatedly remind us about the country which will be free from all sorts of discrimination, we will have honest and dedicated leaders, the living standard of common people will be improved, people of all levels of society will get their due from the state, an impartial and efficient bureaucracy will work for all equally, political government will come to power through peoples verdict, a level playing election platform will be available for all political parties, a committed Election Commission will work to protect the right of the voters, an intellectual class will be on work committed to the soil and son of this land, the farmers will be given production friendly environment, there will have a pragmatic education system that consider the demand of domestic and overseas demand, a good environment wherein all the citizens have coducive environment to promote their latent abilities depend on a political system that addresses the requirement of people time to time and have a strong footing in the grassroot level people. Unfortunanately, our achievement is negligible in comparison to our constitutional commitment. It is the good politics that can win the mind of the people.Leaders have a great role to control death of people in election campaign. They must be responsible and must have good relation among them to establish peace in the society before and after election. We must avoid unnecessary death. Confidence in Peoples Verdict(12/12/2018)

In a democratic society political parties throw their manifesto before election to win the verdict of people as a legitimacy to achieve in government. They use different media and adopt strategy to win over the mind of the voters. In a welfare state peoples opinion is regarded as a principle though always it does not happen. When any party is voted to power they try to implement the manifesto with the help of the bureaucracy. The regime in power always try to perpetuate in power. Here the role of Election Commission in establishing voters right becomes a big question. All voters of the country are not belong to any particular party. Though a small section of people are on mainstream of political party. If level playing field is ensured the non-partisan voters have a right to choose government for future. In a democratic environment they are the main determinant future government if Election Commission is committed to reward a neutral election. The role of Election Commission is very high in establishing voters right. In Bangladesh voters are not strong enough to realize their right though some voluntary organization but the achievement is not more worthy. Political parties have some role to educate people politically so that their participation increase in political activities of the state. But they do it rare. What they do is the criticism of other parties and opponent political parties.Though there are a lot of scopes to do good work and to draw the attention of voters but these are rare to be seen. Only their bad works come in media and neutral voters become annoyed of their activities and behaviour. Moreover, the money making trend of politicians and activities have raised a big question to the voters how they manage though prevailing system do not allow validly. People think politics has become a business for some people, they use state power for promotion of Bank deposit and establishing second home in overseas countries. People become ashamed of the increasing resources of the representatives within a short time they became rich of the riches,that sounds their more personal development than there area. Though the development term has become a slogan but people want to see development and protection of their right simultaneously. The development that stop their voice cannot be supported upon. The people of Bangladesh as a citizen of independent country like to express their views in many issues independently, they need both development and speaking right and want to see people as leader relatively honest. Good steps to be taken to win the confidence of voters and in this case the role of Election Commission is atop. The prevailing situation demands army deployment to ensure peace and stability in the constituencies. Political parties must have confidence in people and must take fair strategy to protect their right always. May Allah help us to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we consider the evolution of state we see some factors worked behind its development. Intoto we can say it came into existence for the requirement of mankind. From sociological perspective we can consider it as an extended form of family and all other associations are extension of relation of mankind in this world. One of the important task of state is to maintain law and order and stability in society. Meanwhile, development of living standard of countrymen has become one of the important task of state. Moreover, transformation of state character into democratic culture made an avenue for peoples verdict to run the state. Now peoples are regard atleast officially to give their voice in running the state. The constitution of Bangladesh considers people as masters of the country though practical scenario is reverse to it. Everyone of the people expect that they will have say in state machinery but promulgation of black laws squeeze their democratic right to expression. As a man men have some divine right, none can exploit these as these bounties do not come from executive order of human being. As a go of the nature men have these bounties. The authority who works at different levels of society must consider this from the crore of their heart otherwise black law will win over humanity. Different political parties try to get into state power simply to do just and welfare function of people. But it is seen that many of the time peoples right is ignored. Now the responsibility of the state is to facilitate the people impartially. But the clutches of partisan politics blindly ignoring the right of the people throughout the world. This is a world crisis. State has no right to destroy the right of a good citizen. If it does then the question will come of its justification. Todays states are powerful in the sense that it will take all out steps to the betterment of the citizen because power is given only to do good work. If power is applied in doing bad work that power can not sustain. The power holders of the state must consider this and a self-assessment work must continue to explore the loopholes of their policies and strategies. Without a good bureaucratic system no political party can be popular to people. The people of the country wants to see honest, efficient and impartial bureaucracy. Investing Behind Men To BeMan(10/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine.In todays world our attention is more concentrated to material development though it do not sustain in the long run. Our investment of time and money runs toward earthly development that is very negligible in comparison to the enormous infinite time of hereafter. The big projects are going to be implemented with big corruption of the people who works at different phases of project implementation. Though political parties declare their zero tolerance against corruption after getting power their activities in this regard do not show any positive aspect. On the otherhand, we see their vying to get share of the invalid money. This becomes very discernible from their documents submitted to election commission before election. We apprehend a little portion of their resource base is declared. What will be the future of a country when we see most of the peoples representatives are on competition to increase their resource by any means. Our country requires ethical development of all people before launching any development projects. Otherwise, the resources will be stolen by the wicked people. Look at the history our prophet tried his best to make man of the then Arabs now they became world famous personality of the history most of them belong to first generation muslim. This should be the work of all governments of muslim world to invest time and money to make man so that other activities forward smoothly. Without strong footing of ethical education we can not have a good society for all. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The Universality of The Quranic Principles(9/12/2018)

The Holy Quran is the concluding divine knowledge from the part of Allah Subhanahu Taala(AST) for all the people of the world and also for them who are yet to come. As it belongs to AST it is above all limitations and contain the rules that are applicable for all for all time. The lord of the universe(LOU) Allah gives the best rule for His vicegerent and research findings of human being can not be always sustainable like that. The main thing revolves around the belief in Allah, last prophet, hereafter and other issues that are very relevant to Imaan in almighty Allah. The previous divine knowledge and prophets are honoured by muslims as they were chosen people by AST for a particular time. But the shariah of the last prophet is extended upto the last day of the world though the followers of previous prophets are confused of our prophet Hazrat Mohammed (pbuh). For their better understanding they can visit the Holy Quran and Hadith without being prejudiced. Hopefully, they will be capable enough to understand it. Islam is a knowledge based religion.It is better to acquire Islamic knowledge from Quran and Hadith. The rules incorporated into the Holy Quran is universal because these contains welfare for all for all time. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Mismatching Between Two Desires( 8/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice morning to me. Hope you are all fine. In this world human being have a lot of desires from personal to international life. None of these come into existence accurately and we try to explore the reasons for consequences undesired to us. It is evaluated and reasons are identified but where we fail is that we do not try to detect out our loopholes and adversaries to ourselves and to others. In this way we follow dualism. The principle is that we choose all good things for us and all worsts for others. Thus we become derail from the universal standard. Our mindset is that all others will follow our words and we will none. We will be speaker and others will be listeners to us . This is very vivid in the political sphere of Bangladesh. The parties who take responsibility of running the country are above all limitations because they always take good decision and implement it appropriately. They are voted to power by people but after assumption of power they become dependent on others to prolong their regime. In such a situation the democratic despotism raises its head . Our desires must conform the reality. We can not curb the divine right of any human being by promulgating black laws if it happens in the long run the Divine Desire(DD) will sustain and that will happen bypassing our various manipulation techniques that we usually do for our own advantage and benefit. The dualism of behaviour can not be sustainable anymore for the people who ever we are. There is a saying that,"What is lotted cannot be blotted." This happens beyond our knowledge. From prsonal to all spheres of life we must be pure in our desire otherwise it will be heavy for us to bear the consequences of the design we do to exploit others. In the long run we do unjust to ourselves. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Do They Really Represent People?(7/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. In a democratic environment some people work as representative on behalf of people of their respective area. As constitution tells the people are the master of the country so they should have active participation in politics and administration. In consideration of the present day reality the indirect democracy is accepted and as an outcome representative system works. When people keep their verdict on their representatives they will work honestly and sincerely for their allround betterment. The reality of life between the representatives and the people who are represented shows great gap interms of socio-economic, cultural, academic and other issues so their remains a psychological and class character related gap. The representatives belong to small section of society seems microscopic minority backed by dominant socio-economic condition further ensure their representship at various levels of state authority. More crudely, a small section of people are represented by them. At present situation the idelogy of political parties have become to get into the state power by making group larger do not sign good politics. The truth revealed through different dailies in our country confirm us that our representatives are more interested to maximize their material development and the trend is clear that they vie with one another to be resourceful by anymeans. Even their family members own huge resources though they do not possess any portfolio. In the days to come they must declare to the nation about the rate of growth of their resources when they are voted to power. When existing rule is not maintained, an unholy nexus works between representatives and bureaucrats and in addition to that partisan politics become active in all sectors then the real representation of people are lost. Whereas constitution says people are the real masters in Bangladesh. People must have sagacity to put their verdict in determining their representatives and Election Commission pledge and oath to conduct a fair election for protecting right of voters. We want to see real representative at different spheres of state. Let us play our due role wherever we are. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Corruption in Election of Bangladesh(6/12/2018)

face book Alhamdulillah,for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. Election is the way by which we choose our representatives to work in favour of us at various stages of state life. In this age we see representative democracy due to various reason especially of burgeoning of people. People hope that there representative will work responsibly for the betterment of all citizen of the country. We can say election as a gateway to entrance into state apparatus so it demands neutrality to reflect the aspiration of the people but in a country like ours it is polluted for many reasons. There are some groups engaged in election affairs require to play their due role for a transparent democracy. The groups are political parties, candidates,election commission, presiding and polling officers, local bureaucracy and grassroot level political activists and law enforcing agencies etc. It requires harmonious and honest effort of all to have a fair and free election if one of the group fails to perform accurately the country will be deprived from fair election. The people who work at different levels are of different ideologies and beliefs but they must think they are all assigned to reward the people a fair election, so fair election deserves commitment of all engaged in this arrangement. Fair election should be given more emphasis if we want to see democracy to be flourished in our country. In this context political parties will through their election manifesto to the voters and seek fair election to the Election Commission. Election Commission will work independently to execute the constitutional obligation. Here I see  they are trustee to voters right. Without their good work plan voters can not have free space to choose their representatives. Some of the candidates try to win election by distributing money to voters before election in such a situation poor voters can cash some money, and if contesting parties have big budget to spend and these money reaches to poor voter they are benefited financially at the time of election. Though it is unjust to sell vote but their present economic situation provoke them to take money from the candidates. For a free fair election the pivotal role lies with the Election Commission. The constitution of Bangladesh has empowered them to do that work which is deserved to protect the right of the voters. If any election commission wants to be famous for conducting fair and free they can do if they are willing to do. Let us hope a corruption free election and be united to protect the right of the voters. May Allah bless us with good representatives through a fair election and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

Leadership and Worship (5/12/2018).

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. Today I will try to share with you about relation between leadership and worship. For an expected change at any level the role of leadership is acute. Since the dawn of civilization we see its presence in societies the world still faced and in the days to come this will be seen as a mandatory work. The leader takes the overall responsibility of the people who empower and support them. Generally, leaders are advanced section of their community and do some commitments to people when they are voted to power. The leadership is a noble job and their full time is given for the cause of the welfare of their people. If a man understand the responsibility of a leader he will never stand for leadership because it is a place for sacrifice. Sacrifice of time,energy, money etc. But the scenario that we see through news paper that the resources of our leader increased beyond our imagination. Even the resource of their family members have increased though they had no portfolio. Unfortunately, the growth rate of resources of their followers and common people did not increase in that rate. What signals they give to society? Most of the people think nowadays money making has become an important work of many Bangladeshi politicians. In front of us there is golden examples of leadership who did not work only for their betterment but their ultimate aim was to reduce discrimination in society. They considered their leadership as worship. Look at the life and work of four Caliphs of Islam. They are the icons for the leaders of Muslim world who are yet to lead the nation. Unfortunately, right men are not coming to right places. Generally, leaders are followed by their followers if leaders display any bad sign this will be practiced and proliferated by their followers will produce more vices in society and will go against good living of all men. Leaders are most responsible part of society. They need to be knowledgeful more before being powerful otherwise all of their effort will work against them in hereafter. Let Allah allow us to understand and bless Bangladesh with good leadership and pray to him not to include us among the wrong doing people.

Bangladeshis are on Everyday Fight(3/12/2018)

Alhamdulillah, for another nice new morning to me. Hope you are all fine. If we look into the history of birth of Bangladesh we see it took nine months to be freed from the oppression of Pakistanis. The whole year is composed of twelve months. So we fought 3/4 year of a month. Our forefathers had their great sacrifice in this war. Which context motivated them to take part in this liberation war? Surely they wanted to see a country wherein they will enjoy everything they desire as a member of an independent country. The various types of disparity will be removed and a just society will work for the betterment of all especially for the lower stratum people who are advanced in contribution to liberation war. When the tempo of discrimination increase among various section of society then a question ques whether our sacrifice is fruitful or not. The aspiration of the people is translated by a group of people who are dedicated, honest, committed, dynamic,farsighted and above all tries to win the mind of the common people through their good effort. Here I mean good leader and quality leadership. The only area wherein our country suffers much though we have had our independence by crossing a riverfull blood. We have many more patriotic songs and these are played on different national days wherein our expectation and emotions are expressed but the sorrowful event happens when we see corrupted peoples are on the dias and give lesson to people to be patriot and sincere citizen to the nation. Our everyday fight go against discrimination, deception, unequal application of law, despotism and autocracy, inhumanity, all sorts of vices of the leaders, any step to stop the freedom of speech,any step detrimental to voters right, huge corruption at all levels of society, misrule of people work at different spheres of society. The nation which can sacrifice their life for independence can not tolerate any vices and disparity that divide citizens into defamatory groups. Our leaders must understand that they have huge responsibility to the people of Bangladesh who always fight for minimal living standard. May Allah bless us all and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The significance of National Election in the Month of December

December, one of the important month for the people of Bangladesh. We have achieved our independence in this month and became citizen of a free country from misrule of Pakistan. The crucial factor that led us to freedom fight is huge discrimination between East Pakistan(now Bangladesh) and West Pakistan(Pakistan). In all spheres of life Pakistani used Bangladesh as a colony. We were as colonial rule of British from 1947-1971. The bitter experience of Bangladeshis motivated them to take arms against Pakistan in 1971. After 9 months long bloodshed war we got our independence in 16th December,1971. We thought our national aspiration will be materialized but still that is far a way of our expectation. The successive regimes many a times failed to understand the demand of the common people. The qualitative change of a country mostly depends on the leaders who committed, honest and have integrity to their just work but we severely lack it. There is a common perception among the people that Bangladeshi politicians have made politics into business. The ultimate aim of business is to get profit when state authority works with business then the right of common people get injured though the main duty of politicians are to protect the interest of the countrymen. The December reminds us that we need good people to work in the sphere of government and by taking pragmatic policies they will curb the tempo of discrimination. The economic disparity will go down, people will enjoy peaceful normal life in society by keeping full confidence in leaders. The people who want to lead Bangladesh should have a self-assessment of their own whether they are competent enough to lead a country like ours. There is a statement in political science that"Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty."If voters are reluctant and passive repeatedly they will be looser in getting right. May Allah bless all to understand and do not include us among the wrong doing people.

The month of Independence and the proliferation of Corruption. If we consult the birth of Bangladesh we see a history that has motivated the people to fight against West Pakistani to have a discrimination and corruption free society. But our achievement as yet present a big question to the freedom loving people that still we never achieved the fruit of liberation war as the corruption and discrimination are on increase. Most of the people especially of leaders are more interested to money making rather than taking good policy for peoples welfare. If policies and projects are taken most of the resources are drain out by the people engaged at different levels of the project. The real independence will come when every people of Bangladesh have their due from the state authority. We hope this will come in the life of all people of Bangladesh.
